Shipping policy

Shipping Orders: Your cookies will be shipped no later than 24 hours after they are baked (not 24 hours after they are purchased). Shipping rates are applied based on region and weight of product. USPS is used to ship all items. Mad Batter Cookie Co. is not responsible for how your cookies arrive due to extreme weather or handling of the boxes by the mail carriers during the shipping process. However, if your item is lost we will rebake! (:
